Workshop ‘Operational indications for the connection and coordination of impact assessment and damage survey activities and post-seismic habitability of buildings’

After having contributed to strengthening the skills and capabilities of the Veneto Region Fire Brigades in the field of Technical Triage, the ICEA Department expands its target audience.

Given the undisputed importance of expeditious surveys for the adoption of appropriate measures in the post-seismic phase by the competent territorial bodies, a remote and in-person seminar was held in Padua on Tuesday June 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., addressed to local government officers, to the heads of the “damage assessment and habitability survey” teams of the civil protection coordination operational centres, and to AeDES qualified technicians (click here to download the poster of the event).

The seminar aimed at sharing operational indications in order to define coordinated and integrated organizational and implementation methods for assessing the impact and for surveying post-seismic damage and habitability on buildings. This workshop was also an opportunity to disseminate FIRESPILL project results to local stakeholders.
